Returns & Refunds Policy
At The Zany Panda, we want every purchase to arrive exactly as expected and packaged with care. If an issue arises, we’ll do our best to help make it right.
Standard Returns
Most standard items may be returned within 30 days of confirmed delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
• Items must be returned in the same condition received
• All included accessories, manuals, packaging, and components must be
included (when applicable)
• Items showing signs of misuse, modification, or accidental damage may not
qualify for a refund
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Vintage / DITW Item Returns
Due to the collectible and condition-sensitive nature of DITW products, return requests must be initiated within 3 days of confirmed delivery.
An authorized Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required prior to returning any item. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Items must be returned in the same condition received, including all included accessories, packaging, and documentation (if applicable).
Returns may be denied for:
• Damage after delivery
• Signs of misuse or modification
• Missing components/accessories
• Tampered security markings or seals
• Shipping Damage or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible through our Contact page and include:
• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Photos of the item and packaging (if applicable)
This helps us resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items may not be eligible for return:
• Final sale items
• Gift cards
• Personalized/custom items
• Items specifically marked as non-returnable
