Returns and Refunds Policy

At The Zanzy Panda, we keep things simple. If something isn’t right, we’ll work with you to make it right—within the guidelines below.
Returns
Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery (based on carrier tracking)
To be eligible for a return:
• Item must be unused and in the same condition received
• Item must include all original contents and packaging
• Proof of purchase (order number)is required
Condition of Items
We sell a mix of:
• New
• Open Box
• New Old Stock (NOS)
• Vintage
• Pre-owned (when applicable). All items are tested (when applicable) before listing.
👉 The condition of each item is clearly described in the product listing.
Returns are evaluated against the item’s original listed condition and photos.
Items returned in a different condition than received may be denied or subject to partial refund.
Return Authorization Required
Before returning any item:

• Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Situations
Returns may be refused if:
• Item shows signs of use, wear, or installation
• Item is missing parts, packaging, or accessories
• Item is damaged after delivery
• Return is requested beyond the 30-day window
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
• You will be notified of approval or rejection
• Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days after inspection
• Please allow 3–7 business days for processing after approval
Shipping Costs
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable
• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer
• If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we will cover return shipping
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:
• Contact us within 7 days of delivery
• Include photos and order details
We will resolve the issue promptly with a replacement or refund.
