Frequently Asked Questions
So, what’s the Panda all about?
-
A curated mix of photography gear, audio equipment, tools, and kitchen and home finds, plus vintage pieces and collectibles in our Discovered in the Wild collection. If it's useful, well made, or has a story to tell, the Panda's interested.
-
Both. Our main categories feature brand-new items from recognizable brands, while Discovered in the Wild focuses on vintage equipment and collectibles. Each listing states the item's condition.
-
Every item is picked for quality, usefulness, character, and everyday appeal. We'd rather carry fewer things worth owning than fill a catalog.
-
We're based in Broadlands, Virginia, in the Washington, D.C. area, and ship nationwide, including Alaska and Hawaii.
-
Carefully. Every order is packed to arrive safely and as described; see our Shipping Policy for timing and details.
