Two battery packs are included. The Energizer pack is new. The age of the second battery is unknown, but it has consistently accepted and held a charge during testing. Because its age is unknown, no claim is made regarding original capacity or long-term runtime.
Both batteries will be shipped partially charged for safer transport.
